IWG plc announces that it was today notified that on 17 October 2022 Ms Nicola Sutherland, a person closely associated with Douglas Sutherland, Non-Executive Chairman of IWG plc, pledged security over 400,000 ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company in favour of Banque CBP Quilvest.

There is no change in Douglas Sutherland's beneficial shareholding in the Company and he continues to have an interest and voting rights in 400,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
