PRICING OF EUR500,000,000 6.50% BOND DUE 28 JUNE 2030

International Workplace Group plc announces that it has completed the pricing of a EUR500,000,000 6.50% bond due 28 June 2030 (the "Bond").

The proceeds of the Bond will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing indebtedness.

The Bond is expected to be rated BBB by Fitch Ratings Ltd.
