RELEASE OF SHARES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

11 June 2019 (Sydney): IVE Group Limited (ASX: IGL) advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 75,502 IVE shares ( Shares ) issued to employees as part of a long term incentive plan and subject to voluntary escrow arrangements will be released from voluntary escrow on 30 June 2019.

All escrowed Shares are already quoted on the ASX.
