IVE Group Limited (IVE) - Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, IVE (ASX code: IGL) advises that 3,867,874 IVE shares ( Shares ) subject to voluntary escrow arrangements will be released from voluntary escrow on 13 December 2017.

There will be continue to be shares subject to voluntary escrow as shown in the table below:
