APPENDIX 3B – VESTING OF PERFORMANCE SHARE RIGHTS

Please be advised that the Appendix 3B lodged on 30 June 2016 was to advise of the vesting of unlisted performance share rights.

The shares to satisfy the vesting were previously issued into the IVE Employee Share Trust (notified in Appendix 3B dated 5 May 2016) and have now been allocated into employees' names.
