Blue Star Group continues growth in NSW through acquisition of Dominion Print Group

Blue Star Group (a division of ASX listed diversified marketing communications business IVE Group Ltd (ASX:IGL)), has today announced it has acquired Dominion Print Group (Dominion), based in Sydney.

Dominion is a provider of creative services, digital print, offset print and warehousing and logistics services that currently operates out of two sites in Silverwater, Sydney. The business has built a strong reputation supporting some of Australia’s leading brands through providing a wide range of services built upon a framework of highly automated customer tools.

Dominion will be integrated into Blue Star PRINT NSW also based in Silverwater. The combined business capabilities of Blue Star PRINT and Dominion will build further on the market leading service and technology offer that is unmatched in the Sydney market. This acquisition further consolidates IVE’s position as Australia’s leading vertically integrated marketing communications company.

Dominion owners, Kelvin Gage and Kevin Maybury, will both assume roles in the business along with a number of their staff.
