IVE ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

IVE Group Limited ( IVE Group, ASX: IGL ) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its share purchase plan ( SPP ) offer. The SPP was announced on Monday, 19 September 2022 in connection with IVE’s $18m Institutional Placement. The successful completion and outcome of the Institutional Placement was announced to the ASX on Tuesday, 20 September 2022.

The SPP closed at 5.00 pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 11 October 2022. A total of approximately 103 valid applications were received of approximately $1.3m in aggregate.

No scale back was applied to valid applications under the SPP.

In total, IVE Group has raised approximately A$19.3m via the Institutional Placement and SPP.

Approximately 587,456 new fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) (0.4% of IVE Group’s existing ordinary shares) are expected to be issued to successful eligible applicants at the issue price of $2.25 per share, being the same price at which shares were issued under the Institutional Placement.

The New Shares will be issued on Monday, 17 October 2022, and will commence trading on the ASX on Tuesday, 18 October 2022. Holding statements for the New Shares will be dispatched to successful applicants on Tuesday, 18 October 2022.
