Finalisation of Australian Community Media (ACM) long term contract and acquisition of printing assets

Further to IVE Group Limited’s (IVE) announcement on 26 October 2020, IVE announces that it has finalised the long term, 5 year contract with ACM that is expected to generate circa $100m revenue over the life of the contract.

Additionally, IVE has completed the acquisition of selected assets of ACM’s web offset printing operation in Mandurah, Western Australia.
