APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

26 March 2019 (Sydney): IVE Group Limited (ASX: IGL) advises the appointment of Ms Naomi Dolmatoff as joint Company Secretary effective today. IVE Group Chief Financial Officer, Darren Dunkley remains as joint Company Secretary. Naomi will be the primary person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6.

Naomi’s appointment follows the resignation of Emma Lawler as joint Company Secretary also effective today.
