Date of 2024 Annual General Meeting

IVE Group Limited (IVE) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 19 November 2024.

In accordance with the IVE Group Constitution the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 16 September 2024.

Shareholders will be advised on further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be released in October 2024. The Notice of Meeting will be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website HERE.
