Date of 2022 Annual General Meeting
IVE Group Limited (IVE, ASX:IGL) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its 2022 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 22 November 2022.
In accordance with the IVE Group Constitution the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 19 September 2022.
Shareholders will be advised on further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be released in October 2022. The Notice of Meeting will be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website HERE.
This announcement has been approved by the Executive Chairman.
