DATE OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

IVE Group Limited (ASX: IGL) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10:00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 24 November 2020. In accordance with the IVE Group Constitution the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 21 September 2020.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be sent to shareholders in October 2020. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and IVE Group’s website HERE
