Date of 2017 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, IVE Group Limited (ASX code: IGL) ( IVE Group ) advises that it will hold its 2017 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 16 November 2017 commencing at 10am (Sydney time) at The Mint, 10 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2017 Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in October 2017. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and IVE Group’s website (www.ivegroup.com.au).
