Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme")

On 16 September 2015 employees were granted options under the Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 206.83 pence.

A number of PDMRs were granted options under the Scheme which will not be exercisable until 1 November 2018.
