Buyout Arrangements

On 2 August 2018 Paul Moore was granted awards in the form of restricted shares in line with the rules of the Deferred

Share Award Plan.  These awards were made to compensate for forfeited bonuses on leaving his previous employer:

Share Awards

On 2 August 2018 Paul Moore was granted an award under the Performance Share Plan (PSP) in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares of the Company. The number of options that will become exercisable will be subject to the achievement of stretching performance conditions, fully aligned with the future strategic plan, over the three year period to December 2020 and will become exercisable on 2 August 2021. Any portion of the award that does not meet the performance conditions will lapse.
