Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme")

On 2 April 2015 employees were granted options under the Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 192.53 pence.

A number of PDMRs were granted options under the Scheme which will not be exercisable until 1 June 2018.
