ITV Performance Share Plan (the "Plan")

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 the Company announces that on 4 April 2014 Simon Pitts, a PDMR, exercised options over ordinary shares relating to an award made under the Plan in 2011 as set out below.

ITV Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'Scheme')

On 3 April 2014 the Company granted employees options under the Scheme over ordinary shares with an exercise price of 159.68 pence.

Simon Pitts, a PDMR, was granted an option over 5,636 shares under the Scheme which will not be exercisable until 1 June 2017.
