ITV Performance Share Plan (the PSP)

On 1 March 2013 awards were granted over ordinary shares of the Company under the PSP to a number of directors and senior executives. The options will become exercisable in March 2016 subject to the achievement of a financial performance gateway and stretching strategic performance conditions.   Any portion of the award that does not vest will lapse.
