ITV plc

ITV has agreed to invest $1.375 million (c. £1 million) in cash for a minority shareholding in Cognitive Logic, Inc, the 100% owner of InfoSum Limited ("InfoSum"). InfoSum, which is a commercial partner of ITV, is a data infrastructure business which helps connect and activate separated datasets without putting customer data or personally identifiable information at risk.  Alongside content and distribution, data is now an essential ingredient in the media ecosystem.  The equity investment will not be consolidated and will be held at fair value on ITV's balance sheet.
