Following the TR-1 disclosure (notification of major interest in shares) from Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP, (Goldman Sachs) released today, for the avoidance of doubt, ITV understands that this disclosure arises as a result of recent changes to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (specifically DTRs 5.1 and 5.3), rather than as a result of a change in Goldman Sachs' interests in ITV shares.
