NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

On 13 September 2023 employees were granted options under the ITV plc Sharesave Plan over ordinary shares of ITV plc with an exercise price of 56.37 pence.  The Scheme is an all-employee scheme comprising a three year or five year savings plan available to eligible employees. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria but is subject to the participant's continued employment.

The following PDMRs were granted options under the Scheme, which will not be exercisable until 1 November 2026.
