In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, ITV plc ("ITV") notifies the market of the following: 

ITV's issued share capital as at 1 May 2025 consisted of 3,858,668,496 ordinary shares of 10p each of which 100,479,277 ordinary shares are held in Treasury.   

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in ITV was 3,758,189,219. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITV plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
