19 September 2013 ITV plc (the "Issuer") £135,000,000 4.00 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2016  (the "Bonds")

ITV today announces that it has made a further repurchase of the Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of £3,650,000, representing 2.7% of the original principal amount of the Bonds. The purchased Bonds will be cancelled, following which the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds will be £61,900,000.  To date, ITV has now purchased a total of 54.1% of the original principal amount of the Bonds.
