ITV repurchases a further £4.85m of Convertible Bonds

ITV today announces that it has repurchased a further aggregate principle amount of £4.85m of the 4% Convertible Bonds due 2016. The bonds purchased, representing 3.6% of the initial amount, will be cancelled following which the outstanding amount of the bonds will be £101.25m.  To date we have now purchased a total of 25% of the initial amount.   ITV goes into close period from market close on Friday 28th June 2013.
