Appointment of Senior Independent Director

ITV plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Haste as Senior Independent Director in place of Mike Clasper who stepped down from the board at the end of 2013.

Andy Haste joined the board of ITV plc as an independent non-executive director on 11 August 2008 and became Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in 2010.
