PDMR Dealings - Buy as You Earn Scheme
ITM Power announces purchases and awards of shares by the Executive Directors (Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities or "PDMR"s) under the Company's Buy as You Earn Share Scheme under which employees can buy up to £150 of ordinary shares per month and ITM Power matches the purchase on a one-for-one basis. Under the rules, an annual top up is permitted and this took place in March. The purchases and awards for PDMRs for April 2021 are as follows:
