Posting of Circular and Notice of GM

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement on 3 October 2019 of the conditional Share Subscription, the Firm Placing and the Open Offer (the "Fundraising"), a Circular will be posted to its Shareholders today in relation to the Fundraising. The Circular contains a Notice of General Meeting of the Company, setting out the resolutions necessary for approval of the Fundraising.

The General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 22 October 2019 at the offices of Burges Salmon LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF.
