Ithaca Energy plc makes the following announcement in respect of certain disclosable transactions carried out by its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") on 17 April 2025.

Grant of deferred bonus award to PDMRs

On 17 April 2025, the Company granted a nil-cost option to acquire ordinary shares in the Company, subject to the rules of the Ithaca Energy Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan"), to the PDMRs listed below:

The award will normally vest on the third anniversary of the grant date in accordance with, and subject to, the rules of the Plan.
