Ithaca Energy plc announces that the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("2024 AGM Notice") to be held at P&J Live, East Burn Road, Aberdeen AB21 9FX, Scotland, United Kingdom at 2.00pm on 24 June 2024 , has been published on its website https://investors.ithacaenergy.com/ and has been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive hard copies of shareholder communications.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6, the Group's 2023 Annual Report and the 2024 AGM Notice and form of proxy form have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
