Transaction notification

The Company was notified, on 18 October 2024, that DKL Energy Limited had purchased 24,681,658 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a 102 pence per share pursuant to the Call Option Agreement entered into with Eni UK Limited in connection with the previously announced Business Combination.

DKL Energy Limited is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Delek Group Limited. Delek Group Limited is a person closely associated with three PDMRs, Mr Idan Wallace and Mr Itshak Tshuva and Mr Tamir Polikar, each Non-Executive Directors of the Company.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
