Ithaca Energy plc makes the following announcement in respect of certain disclosable transactions carried out by its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") on 15 April 2026.
Grant of deferred bonus award to PDMRs
On 15 April 2026, the Company granted a nil-cost option to acquire ordinary shares in the Company, subject to the rules of the Ithaca Energy Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan"), to the PDMRs listed below:
