Grant of deferred bonus award to PDMRs
On 5 June 2024, the Company granted a nil-cost option to acquire ordinary shares in the Company, subject to the rules of the Ithaca Energy Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan"), to the PDMRs listed below:
