Itera ASA has on 11 June 2018 purchased 2,429,643 own shares at an average price of NOK 9.00 per share. After this transaction, Itera ASA owns 2,713,935 shares of a total of 82,186,624 shares issued.
The transaction is part of the share buyback programme that was announced on 6 June 2018 (available on www.newsweb.no).
With this, Itera has purchased 2,500,000 shares and will therefore close its ongoing share buyback programme.
