Itera ASA has on the 2nd of July 2015 purchased 2.300 own
shares at an average price of NOK 2.49 per share. After this
transaction, Itera ASA owns 9.100 shares of a total of 82
186 624 shares.
The transaction is part of a share buyback authorization by
Itera General Meeting on 21nd of May 2015.
