On 16 June 2023, a total number of 23,334 stock options were exercised at NOK 11.46 per share in accordance with outstanding employee stock option programmes from 2020. Please refer to notification on 2 July 2020.

Itera ASA has used 23,334 of its own shares to cover this redemption of stock options. After this transaction, Itera ASA has 948,059 own shares. The remaining 611,666 options were rolled forward and will finally expire on 15 June 2024.

The following primary insider has exercised options:

Employee-elected board member Joachim Trøbråten has exercised 16,667 options. Following this transaction, he has 57,159 shares and 133,333 outstanding options.
