Itera annual report 2021
The board of directors of Itera ASA (the "Company") has at its meeting on 28
April 2022 approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2021
and the Company's annual report, including the group's annual accounts and the
board of directors' report, for the financial year 2021.
Said documents are attached hereto and will also be made available on the
Company's website www.itera.com. Attached are also the annual report
in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and the Company's sustainability report.
