Itera ASA: Annual report for 2020

The board of directors of Itera ASA (the "Company") has at its meeting on 27 April 2021 approved the Company's annual accounts for the financial year 2020 and the Company's annual report, including the group's annual accounts and the board of directors' report, for the financial year 2020. Intra-group revenue eliminations were NOK 3.7 million higher in the final consolidated financial statements than in the preliminary accounts previously published, with no impact on operating profit. The final tax expense was NOK 0.4 million lower.
