Board approval of annual accounts for 2016

Oslo, 20 March 2016: The Board of Directors of Itera ASA has today

approved the annual accounts of the group and parent company for

2016. The final consolidated financial statement is in line with

what was presented with the interim report for Q4 of 2016.

A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website

(www.itera.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together with the notice

convening the Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 22nd of

May 2017.
