Annual accounts and annual report 2015

Oslo, 17 March 2016: The Board of Directors of Itera ASA has

today approved the annual accounts and the annual report for

2015. The final figures for the group's operating profit,

profit before tax and profit after tax for 2015 are unchanged

from the figures announced on 19 February 2016. On the basis of

the profit generated in 2015, the Board of Directors has

decided to recommend a dividend of NOK 0.12 per share.

Following the Annual General Meeting's dividend decision on

Monday 23 May 2016, the share will be traded ex-dividend as of

Tuesday 24 May 2016.
