Dividend payments

Oslo, 28 October 2015: The Board has in a meeting on

28 October 2015 decided to pay a dividend of NOK 0,15

pr. share. The share will be traded ex-dividend

29.10.15. The dividend will be paid to the

shareholders 12.11.15.

The decision is in accordance with the authorization

given at the Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2015.
