CEO Arne Mjøs has through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS (AMI) today closed future contracts of 3,350,000 shares in Itera (ITE). Simultaneously, AMI has opened new future contracts for 3,350,000 shares at a price of NOK 9.3044 and expiration date 20 December 2019. New total holding, is 25,415,172 shares (30,9%) of which 3,350,000 shares on future contracts. In addition, Arne Mjøs has 277,040 options.
