CEO Arne Mjøs has today through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS bought 992 shares in Itera ASA at a price of NOK 8.74 per share. His total holding is now 22,112,430 shares in addition to 3,350,000 shares on futures contract with maturity on 20 December 2019, a total controlling interest of 25,462,430 shares (31.0% of the issued shares). In addition, he has 279,920 options.
