CEO Arne Mjøs has today through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS bought 56,124 shares in Itera ASA at a price of NOK 9.995 per share. His total holding is now 22,831,318 shares in addition to 3,350,000 shares on futures contract with maturity on 20 December 2019, a total controlling interest of 26,181,318 shares (31.9% of the issued shares). In addition, he has 279,920 options.
