Group CEO Arne Mjøs has today, through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS, purchased 623,997 shares in Itera at a price of NOK 9.00 per share. New holding is 22,573,645 shares in addition to 2,500,000 shares on future contracts, in total 25,073,645 shares (31.4% of total outstanding shares). In addition, he has 479,000 options.
