DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Itera ASA

to be held May 23rd 2016, Morten Thorkildsen, Chairman of

the Board of Directors, has received proxy based voting

rights for 19,973,160 shares, representing 24.64 per cent of

the votes in the company. Of these, 16,096,590 are given

with voting instructions and 3,876,570 without. They are

valid only for the Annual General Meeting May 23rd 2016.
