Oslo, 23 March 2026: Itera ASA announces that the Group’s CFO, Bent Hammer, has decided to resign from his position after 10 years with the company to pursue a new opportunity. Bent will continue in his role until the summer to ensure a smooth transition.

- Over the past decade, Bent has been a key contributor to building the solid financial platform that Itera stands on today. I would like to thank him for an excellent collaboration, his dedication, and his important contributions to the development of the Group, says CEO Arne Mjøs.

The process of identifying his successor is already well underway, and Itera expects a seamless transition and continued stability in the company’s financial management.
