Itera ASA: Nomination of board members

The Nomination Committee of Itera ASA has unanimously decided to make the following nominations to the general meeting's election of the Board of Directors for the election period 2023-2024:

- Morten Thorkildsen (re-election leader)

- Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø (re-election member)

- Jan-Erik Karlsson (re-election member)

- Helge Leiro Baastad (new member)

- Åshild Hanne Larsen (new member)

Board elections will be held at the Annual General Meeting of Itera ASA on 24 May 2023.
