Management change in Itera Sweden

Oslo 10.03.2014: Itera is a Nordic communication and

technology company, delivering strong, profitable

growth. In order to drive Itera's further development

in the Swedish market, Per Gauffin is appointed EVP

for Itera Sweden.

- The next step in Itera's strategic development is to

build a strong and united Itera in Sweden, with full

range of services, large long-term customer

relationships and a strong brand. We are happy to

announce that Per Gauffin will join us as head of

Itera Sweden, says Arne Mjøs, CEO of Itera.

Per Gauffin has extensive industry experience and a

strong customer network. He leaves the position as

Regional Director at Experis IT, with responsibility

for consulting and recruitment at Region East in

Sweden. He has more than 20 years of experience from

management positions in large international companies,

and is earlier a member of Capgemini's Swedish

Management team, where he operated at national and

international levels in roles as Business Unit Manager

and Director of Sales.

The appointment of Gauffin as head of Itera Sweden is

part of a six-step strategic plan. Gauffin's mandate

will be to execute the next steps, which include to

establish Itera's customer centric approach, digital

position and complementary services offerings in

Sweden, where nearshore should represent 60+% of

capacity.

- With my background from the IT industry, I have

noticed Itera's development, especially during the

last year. Itera's focus on communication and

technology makes the company able to drive innovation

together with the customers. Itera has a strong

customer portfolio, and I am looking forward to be a

part of Itera's further development, says Per Gauffin.

Per Gauffin will enter his new position from the end

of March.
