Johan Lindquist appointed new board member in Itera

Oslo, 26 May 2010: Johan Lindquist has been appointed

new board member in Itera. - This will contribute to

strengthen our investment in the Swedish market, says

Arne Mjøs, CEO in Itera.

Johan Lindquist (40) has a Master of Science from the

Institute of Technology in Linköping, Sweden.

Lindquist has, among other things, worked six years

at Telecomputing (2001-2006), where he during the

last three years was the company's CEO. Today he runs

his own investing business, and is active in several

IT company boards such as Apptix AS (Chairman),

Nipsoft AB (Chairman), Serverhuset AB (Chairman) and

Softcenter AB (Board member).

- With Johan Lindquist's experience and competence

the board will attain a better and broader

international comprehension, which in turn is useful

for our growth in the international environment, says

Gunnar Gjørtz, Chairman of the Board.

Today's board, including Johan Lindquist, consists of

Gunnar Gjørtz (Chairman), Mimi k. Berdal (Vice

Chairman), John M. Lervik (Board member) and Brita

Eilertsen (Board member).
