Change of name to Itera ASA
The Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2010 adopted
to change the company's name to Itera ASA. The change
of name is now registered in the Register of Business
Enterprises in Brønnøysund.
We also refer to the Minutes of the Annual General
Meeting which was announced on 29 April.
